From April 1st, DCM Autocentres will be expanding with the opening of a second Blandford branch, as we take over Blandford Heights MOT & Service Centre.

For us, this isn’t just about growth. It’s about building on something that’s already well respected within the local community.

Keeping what people already trust

One of the most important things for us was making sure that everything customers already value about the centre stays exactly the same.

That means the customer-facing side of the business will remain as it is, including the existing branding and the familiar look people recognise. Just as importantly, the current team will all remain in place.

The people who have been looking after customers day in and day out will continue to do so, now as part of the wider DCM group.

A familiar face still around

We also know how important continuity is.

Rich, the previous owner who many customers know well, isn’t going anywhere. He’ll still be around, which means you’ll continue to see a familiar face and the same genuine approach that the centre has always been known for.

That continuity was a big part of making this transition feel right.

Our goal isn’t to change that. It’s to build on it.

By bringing the centre into the DCM Autocentres group, we can support the team with additional resources, experience and ideas, while still keeping the same level of service that customers expect.
