Being family-run means we understand real life, including what it’s like bringing children along with you. That’s why our Shaftesbury branch includes a dedicated parent & baby room.

This quiet, comfortable space allows parents to feed their babies or spend time with them in a calm, uninterrupted environment while vehicle work is completed. Alongside this, our popular ‘Toy Department’ is still very much in place, helping to keep younger visitors entertained during their visit. I have used this company twice recently, an emergency tyre on a Beetle and an emergency (unusual) battery on a classic Golf. Both times they have been excellent. Very helpful, professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend .

We highly recommend DCM! We travel over an hour to use their services because the team is always so friendly, supportive, and professional. They clearly explain any work needed without pressuring us—always prioritising the safety of our vehicle. Their online system is fantastic, offering a clear breakdown and photos of their findings, which really helps us feel informed and confident. When we couldn’t make it during business hours to collect our car, they kindly arranged a secure lock box system so we could pick it up at our convenience. Thank you so much, DCM!

All Staff are friendly from the front desk to the mechanics. Recently done lots of work to my car that had a number of big issues, however staff were kind and considerate throughout the process and even let me have a free courtesy car
