Excellent service at DCM in Shaftesbury. Called in for wheel alignment and front tyres, there was no need to book. Waiting room is really comfortable and the complimentary coffee much appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic service. I turned up with a flat tyre, and quite distressed due to other problems I was having that day, and the tyre was about to be last straw to break the camel’s back.Lady at the desk was super helpful and professional . Andy who then came to fix my tyre made me feel at ease by being kind, chatty and very efficient. It really has made a difference to my day. Thank you DCM!

I found I had a slow puncture and contacted DCM at 17.15 on a Friday afternoon to see if they could help me, was waiting for them to say no due to closing time is at 18.00. The receptionist was very helpful and said to come straight away to see if they could help. On arrival very helpful and was seen straight away, mechanic took the car to have a look. My daughter and I was offered drinks and snacks, which is a lovely gesture. We was kept informed of what was happening and thankfully it could be repaired. Was all done within the half hour. Very pleased with the service, would highly recommend, thank you

I recently had cause to get my car wheels checked for alignment following a small collision by a careless driver. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and I was offered a drink while I waited. Once done I wondered if they would be able to scan the results and email them directly to the insurance company for me, as at my age I find these things difficult especially when digital files are not in the right format. Both the receptionist and the engineer couldn’t have been more helpful. I felt quite embarrassed but they completely understood and were extremely understanding. Because of my experience I would highly recommend this garage.

I cannot praise DCM in Shaftesbury enough - I needed a battery replacement quite urgently today and they accommodated this efficiently and speedily. All the staff with whom I had contact were friendly and helpful - the lady on reception was really nice and arranged for a battery to be delivered asap, and the mechanics went out of their way to fit me in, explaining what they were doing and going above and beyond expectations. I will always use this Company in the future, and would recommend it to others without hesitation.
